Freedom Forums: Come Join Us For a Town Hall in Your Area

user profile image July 6th, 2010 by Mark Neumann - Comments (4)

I am currently hosting town hall meetings across the State of Wisconsin.  I am holding these town halls because I want to be completely open and accessible to you: the folks of the great State of Wisconsin.  Each of these town halls meetings is free and open to the public and has an open microphone.  I want your feedback and to be able to answer your questions directly as we get closer to Election Day.

As you know, I am a conservative small business owner, not a career politician.  I support smaller government through less spending and lower taxes.  This is about the people of Wisconsin; this is about you.

Come join us as we travel the State discussing conservative principles, Constitutional adherence and straight answers.  No gimmicks and no slogans, just talking about the issues that are most important to you.

Mark I back you a 100 percent. Yet on thing that always bothered me is that NE Wisconsin is usally forgotten when it comes to races for State Offices. Seems most of the town halls, get togeters are usally in Milwaukee and Madison area. I lived in Marinette most of my life except for time in Army and now the fox valley area. Hey we vote and mostly GOP and there are alot of us up here.

I will always recall in 1960 at 12 years old JFK came to Marinette and I got to meet him, that visit got him alot of votes.

We may back you but don't forget us either, facebook, blogs are all cool, but there is nothing that takes the place of being ablt to look someone in the eye welll talking to them.

Just some food for thought from a man that rememebers! Steven F Constine
When are you coming back to Green Bay?
Hey guys, stay tuned. There will be town halls throughout the state through August 19th. The ones where locations and times are officially confirmed are listed and check this page as more are announced!
@Steven: There were Meetings in Western Wisconsin fairly recently. I actually remember thinking that Mark seems to be focusing on 'Outstate' WI more than his competitors. Though I live in Milwaukee now, I grew up out near Superior, so I hear ya!

In fact, checking the 'Main Street' area of the site: shows that this is Mark's first visit to Milwaukee County since at least January. Most of the rest are locations like Tomah and Spooner (Where I bought my first car!).

Someday, I hope we'll figure out how to balance the needs of the state a little better. Sadly, for now, that gives cities like Madison and Milwaukee a disproportionate say in the state's doings and states like California and New York run of the country.

Mark wants to hear from you!
